Below is a complete daily breakdown of staff levels:

 

9.00 am to 3.30 pm, Registered Manager (Mon - Fri).

6.30 am to 4.00 pm, 1 Care Manager.

6.00 am to 4.00 pm, 1 Care Assistant..

7.15 am to 4.00 pm, 2 Care Assistants.

4.00 pm to 10.00 pm, 1 Senior Care In Charge.

4.00 pm to 9.30 pm, 3 Care Assistants.

9.15 pm to 9.00 am, 2 Night Care Assistants.

7.00 am to 5.30 pm, 1 Cook.

6.45 am to 3.30 pm, 1 Kitchen Assistant.

4.45 pm to 8.00 pm, 1 Kitchen Assistant.

6.00 pm to 10.30 pm, 1 Care Assistant.

7.30 am to 4.00 pm, 2 Housekeepers.

24 Hours maximum per week various days Activities Co-Ordinator.

 

The proprietors of Stonehouse are involved in the daily running of the home on a hands-on basis.

On Call Staff

 

The following staff are 'on call':

 

• Care Manager, or a designated Deputy Manager, for medical emergencies and advice.
• Alan Booker Admin / Maintenance is on 24 hour call for non-medical problems, eg temporary emergency maintenance.

All further maintenance is carried out by nominated authorised qualified contractors.
